With years of commercial experience, I understand that the world of business can sometimes be a lonely place. Having someone objective that you can talk to and whom you trust is vital.
That’s where I come in – Liz Toogood Critical Friend.
Based in Bedford and supporting the surrounding areas, I offer business mentoring and coaching in a safe, welcoming and confidential environment. I encourage you to become the best you can be. I will help you overcome any issues and obstacles you may face, whether that be in your professional or personal life.
I am an impartial sounding board and help you to make the time to offload, which is essential in today’s fast-paced world of business. As a mentor and coach my ultimate goal is for clients to achieve their full potential both professionally and personally.
I appreciate that the decision to have a mentor is a big one, which is why I have outlined how I work, what’s involved and what’s expected on my website, to give you as much information as possible.
If you would prefer to simply give me a call, please do and I can talk you through the process.

The Higgins Museum is mounting an exhibition Celebrating Women of Bedfordshire . It coincides with the 100th anniversary of some women winning the right to vote for the first time. It will highlight the achievements of 60 women connected with Bedfordshire in the fields of suffrage & politics, education, sport, community power, STEM, wartime, business, and the arts. Women have been nominated, researched, shortlisted and selected by an exhibition development panel made up of volunteers from the local community. I am stunned and very privileged to be one of the 60 women.
